New Shooter Workshop

This workshop starts with basic firearm concepts to prepare you for first-time gun use and the CWP course. Class is limited to 8 students.

You will learn:

Basic firearm safety and handling
Parts and functions of a handgun
Techniques in loading and unloading
Proper firing procedures
Choosing your firearm
Proper handgun care
Introduction to firing on the range with target practice

Class Time: 10:00am - 2:00pm

Location: Rocco Customs, 3347 Augusta HWY, Gilbert (Near Lexington High School).

Each student will need the following for class:

Handgun that you are comfortable shooting
10-15 rounds of ammo. If you need to purchase ammo, call Rocco's 24-48 hours ahead at 803-892-3059 to make sure it is available. New ammo only, NO HAND LOADS.
Do not preload magazines. They will be unloaded prior to shooting if you do.
Pistol or revolver allowed. Contact me if you need to use a firearm for class. Rentals are available.

Gun rentals and Ammo can be purchased during class.

Offering private courses for groups and organizations. Contact me to arrange a class for your group.
